Marco Vinci

Marco Vinci is the Chief Financial Officer for the whole MagnaPharm Marketing & Sales Group, handling the seven current territories and any future expansion. Marco has a strong financial background in one of the world’s most reputable companies: Ferrero Group, where he had several management positions, the last one being CFO for Ferrero Romania – Hungary – Bulgaria.
Marco is an economist by formation, with an education background and master’s in financial and Managerial Accounting at Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Marco has expertise in leading Finance team, in his role he acts as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the operational leadership team. He leads the planning process, assuring the consistency with the short – and medium-term growth and profitability objectives, oversees the month-end closing process, constantly reviewing the procedures focusing on providing excellent level of accuracy and the proper internal controls. Furthermore, he assesses and approves business cases of potential investment opportunities and new partnerships.
Marco is very enthusiastic, always positive, with open-minded attitude and results oriented approach. He has analytical skills as well as leading capabilities.
Oana Eremia

Oana Eremia is the Chief Information Officer in charge of information technology strategy and implementation, responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide digital strategy. Oana leads all digital, data and technology solutions across the company. She is also responsible for Magna Learning, Development and Business Process Excellence.
Oana has more than 10 years in IT field, with the last years being spent in Project Management roles for multinational companies in Europe.
Oana’s expertise is envisioning, strategizing, and implementing innovative programs to update and streamline the digital landscapes. She is known for her ability to transform a company’s Information flow, and ultimately improving the company’s processes through digitization.
Oana possesses a Master of Economics and Geopolitics degree at University of Bucharest, Romania.
Nemanja Martinović

Nemanja Martinović is a graduate lawyer with a passed bar exam and more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, he has led legal departments of renowned companies such as PharmaSwiss and Valeant/Bausch Health, where he served as Legal Director for the EMEA region.
With his deep industry knowledge and proven leadership, Nemanja brings a strong combination of legal acumen, business insight, and a collaborative approach to supporting sustainable organizational growth.
Panagiotis Arampatzis

Mr Panagiotis Arampatzis is an experienced medical biochemist with strong scientific and interpersonal skills in combination with a high competency in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating business development and partnering opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Highly effective in internal and external stakeholders’ networking with the purpose of promoting and representing the organization.
Initially worked for several years as registered HCP Biomedical Scientist at Biochemistry and Immunology Department at Hull Royal Infirmary (NHS) and later at Liver Institute Unit Immunosuppressive Drug Monitoring (IDM) and Molecular & Immunogenetics (MIG) at King’s College Hospital (NHS) London, UK.
Last 10 years he dedicated at pharmaceutical industry at various senior managerial positions in marketing and sales, pharmacovigilance and foremost at business development and licensing delivering outstanding results and adding value to organizations always with passion, integrity, and commitment.
Goran Stojanović

Goran Stojanović is Doctor of Medicine (MD) with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. Last 15 years he spent in international B2B environment being responsible for business development and partnership relation in PharmaSwiss, later in Valeant (Bausch Health), where he was managing corporate development and strategic partnerships in EMEA region. In different phases of his career, Goran also served at various senior positions in other segments of the business, managing sales & marketing, regulatory, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing, including one greenfield pharmaceutical investment.
Peter Klembala

Peter Klembala is the Group Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance Director. Peter has a strong regulatory and pharmacovigilance background gained over 18 years spent working at different RA/PV positions in big pharma and generic pharmaceutical companies. He is a pharmacist by training and graduated at Faculty of Pharmacy of Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Peter leads global regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities and international projects as well as oversights regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities at local affiliates.
Andrzej Komor

Andrzej Komor graduated as a medical doctor and concluded the MBA studies. He has a long expertise running the marketing and sales teams, either as Business Unit Head or Director Marketing & Sales, by various pharma companies in Poland – Teva, UCB, Angelini. As part of his duties, he managed the Distribution and Supply Chain Department for many years. He dealt with Business Excellence issues in European structures. Andrzej is bringing the expertise in both Rx, OTC and hospital business.
Andrzej loves sailing and skiing. He is passionate about photography and likes to cook a little.

Miroslav holds the master’s degree of Economics and concluded the MBA studies at University of Pittsburg.
Among his hobbies belong sport and travelling to exotic places together with his family.

He was building up and running as CEO a Central European private distribution company, than joined to Valeant as Senior Director for EMEA business development. Last 3 years operating as general manager of Hungarian and Balkan region sales marketing operation.

Yuliyan is an executive member of the board of MagnaPharm Bulgaria. Before joining MagnaPharm Bulgaria he had vast assignments in different multinational companies in FMCG sector. His last role was OTC Business Unit Manager of MagnaPharm Bulgaria. Yuliyan is a highly qualified professional with a wide range of experience in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries.

Jelena Dabulskiene has built her career across both the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries, gaining solid commercial experience at Sanofi, Beiersdorf, and Sirowa. In Pharma, she focused on portfolio management, commercial planning, and close cooperation with healthcare professionals. In FMCG, she was responsible for key account management and retail partnerships, contributing to category growth and strong market performance.
She has led cross-functional teams across the Baltic region, working closely with sales, marketing, and supply colleagues to ensure aligned execution and consistent business results.
Her educational background includes studies in law, governance, and strategic organizational management, which support her structured and strategic approach to leadership.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and sailing (she holds a captain’s license) and has a keen interest in performance driving.
